Privacy Policy

Live Room Labs (“we”, “us”) operates liveroomlabs.com and the GigLoad platform (including admin.gigload.com). This policy explains what personal information we collect across our website and products, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send through our contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of your message
We don’t track you across the web. If you use our GigLoad product, we also hold an account and the data you add — see below.
Accounts & the GigLoad platform
If you use GigLoad (our tool for performers), we hold an account for you and the data you add:
- Account details — your email address and display name. You sign in with a password or with Google.
- The information you enter — your performer profile, gigs, venues, and setlists.
- Booking enquiries (“leads”) sent to you, which may include the sender’s email, phone, and message.
We use this only to provide the service to you, and we don’t sell it. Your data is stored in our database (Supabase) and kept while your account is active; email privacy@liveroomlabs.com to access or delete it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our analytics provider (PostHog) collects limited, non-identifying technical data — such as the pages you view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type — to help us understand aggregate usage and detect errors. It is configured to set no cookies, record no sessions, and build no profile of you as an individual, and it is not used to track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use this information solely to read and respond to your message. We don’t use it for marketing, we don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers below that help us run the site.
Storage
Our contact form does not store your message in a database on our servers. When you submit it, the message is delivered to us by email and kept in our inbox only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Your rights).
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to operate the site. They process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security, including the Turnstile check that confirms you’re not a bot. Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address to protect the site. Privacy policy.
- Resend — delivers the contact-form email to us. Privacy policy.
- PostHog — privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics and error monitoring; data is hosted in the EU. Privacy policy.
- Supabase — hosts the GigLoad database and authentication (your account and the data you add), in the Asia-Pacific (Sydney) region. Privacy policy.
- Google — if you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google verifies your identity and shares your email and basic profile with us. Privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
We use PostHog for privacy-preserving analytics and error monitoring, configured to be cookieless — it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare’s security tools may set strictly necessary tokens to protect the site.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us. Email privacy@liveroomlabs.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles; if you’re in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and your submission is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
